The project team members Stephan, Sylvia and Karin met each other at the ICCM course for "Leadership in Culture" in Salzburg. Common objectives and perceptions, the balance of personal skills and strengths, professional work habits and a good working atmosphere have been the basic elements for a successful teamwork. Stephan as an expert in music as well as Karin in the field of New Media have found in Sylvia a competent team leader with a long
experience in project planning and team work.
